a) When you visit this website This website may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited. This data is processed by the website host (Squarespace) and is used solely for technical purposes. It is not linked to your identity.
b) When you book a session or fill in a form When you submit a booking or contact form, I collect your name and email address. This data is used solely to process your booking and communicate with you. It is not shared with third parties.
c) When you submit a confidential question Your email address is used solely to reply to your question. It is deleted after your question has been answered. Your question is never shared publicly.
d) When you subscribe to the newsletter Your email address is stored with Flodesk (newsletter provider) for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
e) Payment data Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. I do not store your payment details. Please refer to the privacy policies of Stripe (stripe.com/privacy) and PayPal (paypal.com/privacy) for further information.
4. Data Sharing
Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to provide the service (e.g. Squarespace as website host, Flodesk as newsletter provider, Stripe/PayPal for payments).
5. Data Storage & Deletion
Your data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purpose. Booking data is retained for the legally required period under Swiss law. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
