1:1 online. Whether you have a specific question, need guidance on a topic or simply want a safe space to talk – I'm here. Sessions are non-judgmental, confidential and tailored to you, all genders.

Interactive, educational and designed to open up conversations and see different perspectives. Workshops can be booked for schools, organisations, private groups or retreats – online or in person. Topics are adapted to the audience and their needs.

Not ready to book a session? Send me your question confidentially. I'll reply personally by email. You decide afterwards what you'd like to pay by donation –whatever feels right. Because access to proper information shouldn't depend on a budget.

Certified in sex education at ISP Zürich in 2022, combined with somatic and embodiment work from tantric retreats and ISTA (International School of Temple Arts) afterwards, my approach goes beyond information and blends it together.

I have been working mostly in schools across Switzerland as well as facilitating workshops at female health retreats.
Sexuality is a topic I've always had a spark to speak about, learn about, and integrate it naturally through my whole life – knowledge can create confidence, instead of confusion. My work is about empowering that, one honest conversation at a time.
